Design Approval, Payment & Production:
• All proofs are done online. Review your order details and design proof carefully. Once a final design has been approved and payment has been completed, ordering additional cards becomes a new order. Because our cards are custom and printed individually, there are no refunds once an order is delivered.
• CluuCards is held harmless from errors not corrected at time of proofing, except for failure to correct errors clearly and unambiguously marked by the Client on proofs returned to CluuCards.
• Electronic proofs are not for accurate printed color due to varying colors on computer screens and climatic printing variations. No rebate or discount will be made in the event of natural variances that are due to the printing process.
• After receiving your final approval in a Client Proof Sheet, a secure email will be sent to you for payment. Production will begin immediately after payment. Allow 10-15 business days from receipt of full payment to receive your order.
